1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Vurticle ("Service"), provided by Logstrike Technologies ("Company", "We", "Us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using this Service.

2. Data Privacy & GDPR Compliance

2.1 Role of Data Controller: Logstrike Technologies acts as the Data Controller for your account information. You act as the Data Controller for the data you ingest into the platform.

2.2 Your Rights: Under GDPR and applicable data protection laws, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data ("Right to be Forgotten").
• Object to processing of your data.
• Data Portability: Request a copy of your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

To exercise these rights, please contact our Data Protection Officer at privacy@logstrike.tech or use the "Delete Account" feature in Settings.

3. Data Security & DSS Compliance

We adhere to strict data security standards aimed at protecting your information.

• Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
• Access Control: Strict role-based access control (RBAC) ensures only authorized personnel have access to system infrastructure.
• Vulnerability Management: We regularly scan for and patch security vulnerabilities.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its agents, vector search algorithms, and interface, is the exclusive property of Logstrike Technologies. User-ingested content remains the property of the User.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, illegal activity, or non-payment of subscription fees, with or without notice.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
