How secure is my data?

Your data is encrypted both in transit and at rest. We use enterprise-grade vector databases with strict isolation policies.

What file types are supported?

Currently we support PDF, TXT, MD, and CSV files. We are actively working on adding support for DOCX and specialized engineering formats.

Ingestion Stuck?

If your document processing is stalled for more than 5 minutes, try refreshing the dashboard. If the issue persists, please check your network connection or contact support.
